Pala's "Soprasole" Vermentino di Sardegna is a crisp, dry white wine crafted from 100% Vermentino grapes grown in the sandy limestone soils of the "Is Crabilis" vineyard in southern Sardinia, Italy. Vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats and aged briefly on its fine lees, it maintains a vibrant, unoaked freshness.
