Floral aromatics of rose and violet combine with crunchy red cherries, supported by fine-grained tannins and crisp
acidity.

Following careful destemming, the must was fermented in temperature-controlled tanks for eight to ten days, with regular pump-overs. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and initial maturation in stainless steel tanks, before transfer to oak barrels.
