Costasera Amarone Classico, Masi 2020

From Masi, the Costasera Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2020 reflects the Boscaini family’s six-generation winemaking tradition and a classic Venetian style. Crafted using grapes dried on bamboo racks throughout winter, this Amarone is then fermented for around 80 days in a combination of steel vats and Slavonian oak barrels, building depth and character through a notably long process.
In the glass, it offers an immensely full-bodied, complex profile with intense, mature dry fruit aromas. Notes of prune, fig and chocolate are among the flavours that emerge, making it a considered choice for slow, savoury moments at the table.
