Château De Chamirey Mercurey Blanc 2023

The Devillards own seven plots of chardonnay in the south-east of the appellation on a variety of chalk, clay and sandy soils that are used to make this delicious, aromatic, generous wine. Vinified 60% in stainless steel vats and 40% in 400 litre French oak barrels, it’s brilliantly fresh and fruity with a succulent texture and crisp finish.
