Chartreuse Yellow 70cl

Chartreuse Yellow is known for its sweetness, spicy aromas, and natural color derived from 130 plants, flowers, bark, roots, and spices. The production process differs from that of Green Chartreuse and involves several weeks of work in stages such as grinding by the monks at the Grande Chartreuse monastery, distillation to capture the aroma, and various macerations to extract active ingredients and achieve the natural color. The liqueur then ages in oak casks before bottling, allowing it to develop further complexity.
