Ron Zacapa Centenario XO Rum Solera Gran Reserva Especial 70cl

A complex, well-balanced rum from Ron Zacapa that is made with a hand-selected blend of rums aged in the 'Sistema Solera'. These rums are married together as they age in a sequence of different casks, from ex-bourbon barrels, sherry casks and ex-Pedro Ximenez casks, before being finish in French oak ex-cognac casks. This complex array of casks has created aromas of toasted oak, burnt caramel, marzipan and orange peel that fill the nose, followed by dark cherries, dates and prunes, chocolate, vanilla and cinnamon that fill the palate.
