Saint-Joseph Lieu-Dit Paradis Ferraton 2021

100 Syrah. Situated in Mauves in the historic heart of Saint Joseph, this site has a diverse soil profile: loess at the top, granite mid-slope, and sedimentary soils below. A classic granitic terroir of southern Saint-Joseph, offering structure and finesse. The grapes were destemmed and fermented in concrete vats. Ageing took place in oak barrels (10% new) for 12-14 months before bottling.
